★ ★ ★ ★ ★ تجربة سيئة وما انصح احد فيه، في البداية عطوني سعر للطباعة ودفعت وقالوا نصف ساعة وتكون جاهزة سألته يعطيني فاتورة ضيع الموضوع وماعطاني، كانت الساعة ٤:٢٤ العصر وبعدها بساعة كاملة اتصلوا يقولون : معليش حاسبناك غلط بدل تدفعين ٧٠ ريال تعالي ادفعي ١٦٠ ريال ،المشكلة ان مرت ساعة كاملة وهم ما بدأو شغل؟؟ وش يخليهم يرمون الوعود كذا جزافا، رجعت للمحل ابغى استعيد فلوسي، وابدي امتعاضي ، وبعد النقاش والاخذ والعطا وقلت لهم من المفترض دام الغلط منكم اضعف الايمان تطبعونها لي لان هذا خطأكم، وقرروا بعد الشد والجذب يطبعونها على مضض ، بعدين سألت عن الوقت قال نص ساعة ! قلت لهم اني انتظرتهم ساعة كاملة بالسيارة والوقت طويل اتسائل ليش مابدأو الشغل اصلا عليها ليه توهم ينتبهون، ورفع صوته المدير السعودي زي اللي يقول احمدي ربك مادفعناك السعر كامل ومتعاونين معك "يقاله متعاون" وماخلصوها الا بعد ساعة كاملة يعني وعدوني قبل الدفع بنص ساعة عمل وطلعت من عندهم بعد ساعتين، ويوم جيت اخذها محد كلمني ولا عبرني من سواد الوجه والله، والله العظيم لو ماني محتده وضيق وقت كان رميتها بوجيههم واخذت فلوسي، احب اقوله لو يشوف كلامي لو تبي تفتح بزنس زي الناس تحرص على تجربة العميل انها تكون مبنية على الثقة ولو صار سوء فهم من باب اولى انك تحتوي الموقف وتخرج باقل الخسائر، مو ترتكب خطأ أفدح وتتبجح وتفاصل وترفع صوتك، ماعندك ثقافة الاعتذار وقح، لا وبعد ساعتين رامين المطبوع محد سلمه لي ولا حطوه بكيسة ولا معه فاتورة ولا شي لا مهنية ولا احترافية ولا بطيخ، على العموم بأرفع بلاغ لوزارة التجارة تعلمكم أداب البيع واحترام الزبون.

I asked him to give me a bill, he lost the subject and he didn’t give me, it was 4:24 in the afternoon and after a full hour they called and said: Sorry, we calculated you wrongly, instead of paying 70 riyals, come pay 160 riyals, the problem is If an hour has passed and they haven't started a job?? What would make them throw promises like this haphazardly, I went back to the store wanting to get my money back, and express my resentment, and after the discussion and the give and take, and I told them that the mistake is supposed to be the weakest of faith, you print it for me because this is your mistake, and they decided after push and pull to print it reluctantly, then I asked about the time and he said half an hour ! I told them that I waited for them for an hour in the car and for a long time. I wonder why they didn't even start working on them, why did they think they were paying attention, and the Saudi director raised his voice like the one who says, "Ahmed, Lord, we paid you the full price and cooperated with you." From them two hours later, and on the day I came, no one called me or crossed me from the blackness of the face, by God, and by God Almighty, if I was angry and short of time, I would have thrown it at their faces and took my money. And if a misunderstanding becomes a fortiori that you contain the situation and come out with minimal losses, you do not make a greater mistake and brag, separate and raise your voice. In general, the highest communication to the Ministry of Commerce teaches you about sales etiquette and respect for the customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ للأمانة بعد تعب كانت هذي افضل مطبعة تعاملت معها لا من تعامل وصبر سواءً معي او مع باقي الزباين، ولا من مدة الطباعة ولا جودة الورق ولا وضوح الالوان ودقة تنفيذ التصميم رغم انه صعب والاسعار بعد بحث مطول كانت الانسب في السوق والاقل بفرق كبير!
الشكر صراحة ابدًا مايكفي، الله يوفقهم ويعطيهم العافية❤️
To be honest, after tiredness, this was the best printing press that I dealt with, not from dealing and patience, whether with me or with the rest of the customers, nor from the printing period, nor the quality of the paper, nor the clarity of colors and the accuracy of implementing the design, although it is difficult, and the prices after a lengthy search were the most suitable in the market and the least with a big difference!
