★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all, they gave me a late appointment as i requested but when i arrived exatcly at time they told me your service needs an hour and we are about to close after an hour!!? second the receptionist was not professional نادتني ب ايش اسمك !!
The mani and pedis side was too hot + my place still not cleaned up for me , peantus and nuts reminant on the side table
music was off so i did not feel the spa vibes. All i heared was the costumer’s endless phone call conversation next to me
Worst exprience i have ever had , u deserve 0 star

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience. I arrived to my appointment on time and had to wait 20 minutes for the spa mani pedi, the receptionist is inexperienced and explained that the people before me showed up late so I have no choice but to wait.
Then the mani/pedi, worst one I’ve had to date. The lady was so rough and had no idea what she was doing. Cut a few cuticles that bled. Her filing was bad, kept asking her to repeat. She mistakenly placed a clay mask instead of lotion and argued that she knows what she’s doing, wow. Kept using the same dirty towel to wipe off products, had to ask her to get a clean one.
The place itself has poor hygiene, found hair on the seat. Everything was messy with tubs everywhere and water on the floor. The employees are unprofessional and look the part.
All in all, horrible horrible experience. Will never visit them again and already telling everyone I know to stay away
