★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am currently living here, and was among the first who came to this compound.
It is a refurbished building that went very bad, electrical and plumbing jobs are done very badly with loads of issues.
They promised a compound with all facilities: cinema room, gym, recreation, nursery, pool, outdoor seating, etc.. and since November it is still “work in progress”! Pool is not ready till date, gym and recreation do not have air conditioning, cinema and nursery are simply not there.
All outdoor and indoor works are done, or still, with cheap quality that do not worth 1/10 of the value we paid for.
Management are very negative with very bad attitude, giving lots of nonsense rules and never addressed the real issues! For instance, we are on ground floor with a small backyard that get flooded whenever our neighbors from upstairs and/or next doors decide to wash out their terraces and/or backyards!
Inside the units, floor is uneven, all our closets and wooden furniture is collapsing because of the v-shape concave floor(very old and collapsed), and it is all around ground floor units!
No security or any other manned services, cleaning and hygiene is very poor or do not exist.
No access control systems (intercoms) on the main entrance, and you will have to go out to open the door to all your guests and delivery couriers.
Parking areas are outside, NOT RESERVED, and it is a big fight with the employees and visitors of the company next door.
