★ ★ ★ ★ ★ سكنت بالشقق حول ٣ شهور و نص صراحة خدمة مميزة والمكان نظيف و مرتب ، الموظفين جدا خدومين الله يجازيهم خير و يوفقهم و اي وقت تطلب الموظفين لتنظيف الغرف يجون ، انصح فيه ??
I lived in the apartments for about 3 months and a half, frankly, excellent service, the place is clean and tidy, the staff is very helpful, may God reward them with good and guide them, and any time you ask the staff to clean the rooms, they come, I recommend it ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ شقق ليفا ممتازه اثاث جمييل ونظاااااافه واهتمام بكل التفاصيل الى الاضاءه جميله وهدوووء مافيه ازعاج الموقع برضو قريب من كل شي والاهم الاسعار معقووووله جدا اتمنى ماتتغير بالمستقبل
وبالخلف العثيم للمواد الغذائيه يخدم المستأجر
الاستقبال قمه بالاحترام وتلبية الطلب باسرع وقت
راح تكون الخيار الاول اذا جيت الرياض
الملاحظه البسيطه هي ان العامل اذا ارسلناه للبقاله او المغسله يطلب عشرين مفروض عشره فقط

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ خدمات ونظافه عالية ، لكن المصري جيته اخر الليل الساعة 10 وقلت ابي يوم كامل قال خلاص ودفعت 210 يوم واحد ويوم جاء العصر كنت بمدد يوم ثاني قال انتهى اليوم وانا ماكلمت 24 ساعة ولا عطاني خبر الساعة 10 انه ماتكمل يوم كامل ولا قال لي انتظر الي الساعة 5 عشان تصير يوم كامل لو تاخذها في الوقت هذا . كانه سرقني ولكن حسبي الله ونعم الوكيل وحطها المصري في ذمته ولا اسامحه لانه يعتقد ان كل الناس تعرف النظام ومن حقي كازبون تعلمني اذا جيت وان ماراح اكمل 24 ساعه اذا اخذته الساعة 10 بالليل ، المفروض يعطيني خبر ولكن همه الفلوس فقط .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ شُقق ليفا شكرا لكم على حُسن الإستقبال ، منذ أكثر من أسبوعين وأنا أتواصل معهم لضمان غرفة حين وصولي للرياض حيث أنني دائما أسمع إنها فُل، والأخ سعود ما قصر وعد اني بلقى اذا وصلت وبالفعل كان كذلك، الأسعار ممتازة، الشُقق نظيفة ، والإستقبال بشوشين خصوصا الأخ المغربي وسعود ، قريبة من معهد الأمن العام وهذا أكثر ما كان يهمني لمن لديه مقابلات، وبعيدة عن اماكن الرياض لما أراد النزول للرياض كسياحة ، يعني من الشقة للبوليفارد تقريبا نصف ساعة ، ولكن بعض ملاحظة آمل تعديلها خلال زيارتنا القادمة
: الشراشف الاحتياطية التي طلبناها ليس جيدة وليست كشراشف الغرفة ، كانت مختلفة ومنمشة كأنها استهلكت من كثر الاستخدام .
فقط هذه الملاحظة
كل الطاقة متعاون سواء عمال النظافة او الاستقبال …

: The spare sheets we ordered are not good and not like the room sheets, they were different and freckled as if they had been worn out from a lot of use.
