★ ★ ★ ★ ★ زرت المحل في بداية رمضان كان في موظف راقي بالتعامل جدا طلبت تعبئة صحني وحطيت الموعد بداية الاواخر استفسرت حطياطاً عن إذا تأخرت عن موعدي في إشكالية مع أني في جميع محلات الشوكولاته اللى جربتها ما قد مر علي محل قال لازم على الموعد تمام وفعلاً كما هو الموقع قالي الموظف لا. مافي مشكلة... المهم زرت المحل أمس وما كان الموظف اللى في الاستقبال فض جدا ومعاملة سيئة وعمل لي مشكلة ليه اخذ صحني متأخرة عن الموعد و يقول خلاااص انتِ اتأخرتي رجعنا صحنك للمستودع توقعت إن المستودع في الرياض مثلاً طلع المستودع باب موجود في المحل ما ياخذ دقيقة منه وتاركني واقفة ويجاد بكلام فاضي ما يقدم ولا يأخر.
أتمنى من صاحب المكان أن ينتقي موظفينه وإن شاء الله اخر زيارة لكم.. الله يخلي محلات الشوكولاته يا مكثرها في المدينة.
رداً للكلام الموجود في الأسفل ? "اسلم فاتورتي يخرجون لي طلبي حاسب علي ماتبقى من مبلغ الفاتورة تنتهي الزيارة" ? هذا اللى عهدته وعلمته من جميع المحلات اللى تعاملت معاها هنا في المدينة دقيقتين الموضوع ما يأخذ متأخرة كنت أو على الموعد هذا أولاً.. ثانياً ذهبت 25 او 29 عمل الموظفينك واحد يستلمون الفاتورة ويسلمون الطلب بدون جدال او نقاش او محاسبة منهم... أخيراً لا يحاسب المرء على ما كتبه الله عليه.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ من اسباب نجاح لافانيتاس هو وجود الاستاذ احمد ووقوفه على المحل واختيار الشوكولاتة ذات الجودة العالية والطعم الفخم ، واللي م يصدق يسأل ويتابع سنابهم ويشوف كل شيء ، نادر نلقى شاب سعودي فاهم في هالمجال واذا فهم راح يوكل المهمة للأجانب ، لكن هالمحل مهتم في جودته ونظافته وحفر اسمه في سوق المدينة قبل كل شيء ، ومن ناحية الاسعار ، ياليت الواحد يشوف المحلات المشهورة بدون ذكر اسماء ويشوف كيف اسعارها وفي بعض الاحيان وربما الاغلب الطعم لا يتناسب مع السعر ، في النهاية اتمنى لمحل لافانيتاس المزيد من النجاح وان يخوض تجربة الفروع سواء في المنطقة الغربية او الوسطى ، السوق محتاج شباب سعودي فاهم ويخاف الله في جودة ونظافة المنتجات ، بالتوفيق ????
