★ ★ ★ ★ ★ إستلمت فستان بعد الكوي وللاسف بدون الزهرة اللي كانت جهة الكتف ! بعد انتظار ساعة تقريبا ونقاش مع موظف ادارة الجبر ، تم تعويضي بمبلغ ٢٥٠ ريال . مع العلم ان تكلفة الفستان بي ٥٢٠ ريال. حرام كذا ! لانه شغلانه الواحد حيروح الخياط عشان يحصل بديل للزهرة اللي انقطعت لا والمغسلة حاولوا إستغفالي بتغطية الجزء المفقود من الفستان بالفاتورة

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ تجربة سيئة جدا الدفع مقدما قبل اي شيء فظاظة في التعامل سوء استقبال الثياب مكرمشه وكسرا ازرار ثوبين طريقة التعليق للثياب فوضوية وتعكس اللامبالاه وعدم معرفة بالهندام السعودي ايضا وجدت بنطلون رياضة في وسط ملابسي لا يخصني ارجعته لهم لا شكر ولا امتنان اعتقد ان هذا العمل سينهار امام المنافسين
A very bad experience. Payment in advance before anything. Rudeness in dealing. Bad reception. The clothes were wrinkled and the buttons of two dresses were broken. The method of hanging clothes is messy and reflects the indifference and lack of knowledge of Saudi grooming. I also found a pair of gym pants in the middle of my clothes that do not belong to me.
