★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الصراحة السوداني محترم ... لكن السعر غالي فوق دا الدش خربان ما قدرت اتروش ولا في مناشف ومافي شباك في الحمام مكسور ومفتوح غرفة ٤٠٦ اتمنى من الادارة يشوفون حل .
 Frankly, the Sudanese are respectful...but the price is expensive. The shower was ruined. I couldn't touch it, or towels, and there was no window in the bathroom. It was broken and open, room 406. I hope the administration finds a solution.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ سيئ جدا. وغير مناسب للجميع العوائل والعزاب. النظافة سيئه جدا. عدم فحص الشقه بعد النزلاء وترك اغراضهم يسبب الاحراج للساكن الجديد. رائحة الدخان قويه فالممرات والغرف. خرجت ولم اكمل فترة السكن. لايوجد احد في الاستقبال ويجب النداء . اتمنى من الجهات المعنيه تشديد الرقابه على مثل هذه الاماكن. وإلى صاحب الشقق إن الله يحب اذا عمل احدكم عمل ان يتقنه. فكر جيدا عند اختيار موظف الاستقبال

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ لا نظافة ولا اهتمام ، ولا تعامل كويس من الاستقبال وصاحب المال ، وكذابين ، افتروا علينا في اشياء لم تكن موجوده ، ولم يوفروا اشياء مثل الثلاجة يقول اذا طلع مستئجر اعطيك حقته وطلعوا وماجاب ،هذا الذي أريد بيانه ، وأنصح عدم الاستئجار منه .
