★ ★ ★ ★ ★ دكتور موفق رفض يستقبلني بحجة اني رحت لدكتور ثاني بنفس التخصص المركز للاسف، طيب انا حجزت عند دكتور ثاني بالخطأ واخذت استشارته.
يقولون ان العلاج البيئي مهم جدا، وما اعطوني تقرير للدوام عشان العفن اللي بجدران المكاتب والتكييف وصل لمرحلة سيئة رفضوا بحجة سوي فحوصات اول.
كنت مبسوط مع فيديوهات التثقيف قلت الحمدلله في احد بيساعدني وطلبي بسيط عشان الادارة بالدوام تنتبه للموضوع يفكرون ان العفن مع الرطوبة عادي ومايضر وقلت لو جبت تقرير من دكتور متخصص بالحساسية يمكن يخلصني من المشكلة.
 Dr. Mowaffaq refused to receive me on the pretext that I went to a second doctor in the same focused specialty, unfortunately. Ok, so I booked with another doctor by mistake and took his advice.
They say that environmental treatment is very important, and they did not give me a working report because the mold in the office walls and the air conditioning had reached a bad stage. They refused, on the pretext of other than first examinations.
I was happy with the educational videos. I said, Alhamdulillah, someone is helping me, and my request is simple, because the administration is always paying attention to the issue. They think that mold with dampness is normal and does no harm. I said if I get a report from an allergy specialist, it can save me from the problem.

انا حجزت عن طريق اعلان لهم في سناب شات
اول شيء اختلاف في السعر عند الوصول
المفروض يتم التوضيح انه السعر غير شامل الضريبه
مافرقت معاي دفعت
بس دخلت عند دكتور( الاسنان ) للاسف عشان جاي بخصم كاني جاي بسوي تصفيه مجانا
لا يوجد اتقان
جاب لي عشرين سبب وعذر غير مقنع
في النهايه تجربه سيئه
ولا انصح به بتاتا الدكتور ( محمد العطار )
عزيزي المالك / مستغني عن ردك
لانه للاسف كل ردودك على التقييمات السلبيه
مافيه ولا 1% اعتذار او ارضاء للعميل وان كان مخطئ
كل ردودك توضح ان طاقمك الطبي كله على صواب والعميل على خطاء
كانك تقول للعميل جيت وما عجبك خلاص ضف وجهك
