 The restaurant is beautiful and elegant and the service in you is excellent, but the fault is that the outer glass is always dirty. I think it deserves 3 stars

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ أول نقطة المكان مايفتحون عالوقت توجهنا للفطور وكان المفروض يفتح ٧ صباحاً مافتحوا ابوابهم الا ٧:١٠ دقائق. ثاني شي مكان كبير يحتاج عالأقل كاونترين لأخذ الطلبات وليس كاونتر واحد فقط خصوصاً اوقات الزحمه. الأكل للأمانه لذيذ طلبنا كان الفطور التركي وكريب النوتيلا. القهوة مضبوطة ولذيذة. نقطتين مهمة: العمالة غير متعاونة وغير بشوشة أبداً وهذا شي ممكن ينفر الزباين. نظافة الجلسات متدنية علامات شوكولاتة وأكل على الجدران وأيضاً الفرش يحتاج تجديد أو تنظيف
The first point the place did not open at the time we went to breakfast and it was supposed to open 7 in the morning, they opened their doors only 7:10 minutes. The second thing is a large place that needs at least two counters to take orders, not just one counter, especially during crowded times. The food is honestly delicious. We ordered the Turkish breakfast and the Nutella crepe. The coffee is fine and delicious. Two important points: the workers are not cooperative and are not ambiguous at all, and this is something that can alienate customers. The cleanliness of the sessions is low, there are signs of chocolate and food on the walls, as well as the bedding that needs to be renewed or cleaned

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ القزاز يحتاج تنظيف .وفيه موظف يمني تعامله سيء .ومكتوب هنا انه مفتوح وروحنا الساعه ٣.٤٠وقال الموظف مانظفنا وغصب دخلونا .وطلبنا لاتيه بارد وطعمه سيء مع انه سعر غالي .بس الكوكيز والرد فلفيت لذيذ .
Al-Qazzaz needs cleaning. And there is a Yemeni employee who treats badly. It says here that it is open and we went at 3.40pm. The employee said we were not cleaned and we were forced to enter.
