★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The branch is clean and the food is good but their service is very very slow.. they make many mistakes in orders and when I try to correct it, they say no it was the correct order and it’s my fault. They never admit that they don’t carefully listen to their customers.
Even though it is located in a very busy area, the number of staff is low.
They renovated the branch but never paid attention to improving their service in this branch even after many complaints I reported to their number.
Definitely the worst branch on the planet!

Take very long time to get your order.
The waiters don’t know good Arabic or even good English. Always have hard time to communicate with them. They are always with attitude, I am not sure we can trust them with our food
