★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kudo has changed for the worst over the last years.
1-no flavor at all.
2- the food is somehow cold as an ice cube even if i ordered dine in!!!!!!
3- they took the onion rings/ the jalapeño natchos out of the menu........
4- food looks like it been prepared 3 hours before the order. lettuce and veggies looks shriveled/ cheese? not melted they don’t even heat up the god damn sandwiches!!! whats the matter with you guys seriously???? do you just wanna lose customers
last but not least? where is all the saudi employees? i’m confused

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They give over cook food barely taste the burn beef. Bread is not toasted. In short the food is not hot its already below the serving temp. And especially the packaging was not seal. Its against baladia protocol.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location of this place is spectacular and the parking area is also fairly spacious. The branch is very well maintained and respects the SOP of covid-19 and notifies for social distancing as well. The sandwiches are fairly good as well the salad and breakfast. The salad gets even better with their honey mustard sauce. The staff is also well trained nut unfortunately the service is extremely slow. Like i said their salad is good but not worth 20 minutes of your time to prepare. The breakfast cheese omelette is also good with brown bread but not worth 20 minutes of your time. They might do better with increased staff but that's not the case unfortunately. They are a bit pricey though.
The hashbrown was a bit undercooked as well. They need to increase food portions a bit.

kudu is officially my favorite fastfood chain in riyadh. try the sweet chilli chicken meal too.
