ي	ياسر نونو on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ سلسلة مطاعم كودو معروفة بالسعوديه.. المطعم يقدم تشكيلة من الوجبات السريعة.. والجميل في الموضوع ان المطبخ أمام عينك وتستطيع ان ترى كيف يطهى ويجهز اكلك.. - النظافة على مد البصر جيدة. - مذاق الأكل جيد. - تعامل الموظفين لم اواجه أي مشاكل معهم. - الأسعار يوجد المعقول منها والغالي وانا سوف اعلق على المرتفعه منها وارجو إعادة النظر بها لانه مهما كان جمال شكل الساندوتش ومهما كانت لذة مذاقه فلا يصح أن يصل سعرة إلى ٢٠ و ٢٣ و ٢٦ و ٣٠ ريال حتى وان كانت وجبة كاملة مع البطاطس والمشروب لذالك ارجو من القائمين على وضع الأسعار إعادة النظر من جديد وتخفيض الأسعار. - المواقف كافيه بحكم وجوده داخل المول. - توجد مواقف لذوي الإحتياجات الخاصة. - يوجد مدخل لذوي الإحتياجات الخاصة. O	Office Mobile on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ملاحظتي هذه تشمل عدة فروع لكودو في جدة وليس هذا الفرع فقط، بإختصار الطعام بكل أمانة جيد جدا ولكن من جهة أخرى الخدمة سيئة جدا، حيث يتضح بشكل متكرر وفي عدة فروع ضعف إدارة الموارد البشرية بشكل واضح، طاقم العمل غير متفاهم وغير محترف غير سريع غير بشوش، إدارة كودو تحتاج للتركيز على هذا الجانب وإلا سيخسرون عملاء جدد كل يوم كما خسروني اليوم My observation of this includes several Kudu branches in Jeddah and not only this branch, in short, the food is honestly very good, but on the other hand the service is very bad, as it is repeatedly evident in several branches that the human resources management is clearly weak, the staff is not understanding, unprofessional, not fast, not Cheers, Kudu management needs to focus on this aspect or else they will lose new customers every day as they lost me today

W	Waleed Alesayi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ جودة الاكل مقبوله لكن اللي يزعجزك في المطعم وبقية المطاعم اللي موجوده في المولات انه السعر على المنيو مختلف عند الكاشير. مثلا سعر الوجبه ٢٦ ريال عند الكاشير ٣٠ ريال. تقوله ابغى نفس السعر في المنيو يقولك هذا الحجم غي متوفر المنيو بس لجذب العملاء فقط. The quality of the food is acceptable, but what bothers you in the restaurant and the rest of the restaurants in the malls is that the price on the menu is different at the cashier. For example, the price of a meal is 26 riyals at the cashier, 30 riyals. You say I want the same price in the menu, it says this size is not available The menu is only to attract customers.
