★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food took ages until it came, the branch is clearly lacking staff there was only 3 working in the branch and it was full of customers.
They kept asking me what was my order, although the invoice was clearly infront of them so i didn't know why they asked.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good overall. Tried their new premium sweet chilli chicken sandwich, which is a bit pricey, but I would consider it worthy considering the size. It could definitely use more sweet chilli sauce though.
4 stars because when I tried to order through the app so I can pick up quickly rather than waiting, but it didn't work. I hope the app gets fixed with the next update. It supposedly has a new rewarding system, but I didn't try it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ received order very late... cold fries... chicken fillet not grilled fresh, very hard can't eat... overall very bad service as well as food... not recommending anyone for this branch.. altough my order was pickup only but still need to wait 30mins timing wasting...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kudu is one of the largest fast food chain in saudi arabia. This branch is located inside Riyadh Gallery Mall. I ordered chicken sandwich and found it better than what i was expecting. Staff was courteous. Service could be better. Prices are affordable. I rate my overall experience 7/10. You will find many fast food options but i personally liked their burgers and sandwiches.
