The placed was closed, although it has open 24hr on big display at the top of the building. The employee, Chandra arrived at 6:04am (another arrived a few minutes later). We asked were they open. His response was "Yes, open at 6am," and then proceeded to enter the store and lock the door behind him, then signaled for us to go to the drive thru. As we attempted to place the order at the drive thru, he proceeded to behave as though he could not hear us, then telling us to drive to the window. Once at the window, as were placing our order, he proceeded to tell us it would take 15-20 minutes to prepare our order because the ovens and equipment was not ready because he just turned everything on and that if I had a complaint that I can contact the company, which I am. Thanks Chandra. Having previously worked in the restaurant and customer service industries I'm aware that when a business opens its doors, it should be prepared to service the customers, not open and then tell the customer that they have to wait. When you're not prepared as a business, your competitors will be in a good position to provide the service you lack.
D	Dretal LLC on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location was not open although they advertised 24 Hours. When he "Chandra" came at 6am he said not 24hrs. He was late, another worker showed up at 6:05...they were not prepared. Chandra said, "It is not his fault, contact the company."

My family and I arrived at about 5:50AM expecting for the establishment to be open and it wasn't. The doors and lights were off and no employees were present. Another issue is that an employee arrived at the time of opening and the kitchen was not ready to take any orders 'so he says.' At that point we were unsatisfied with the service and decided to leave. I hope some changes are made to my complaints in the near future.
