★ ★ ★ ★ ★ أنا من العملاء القديمين لقطني وهذه المرة الأولى أتعامل معهم في الخياطة بصراحة سعدت بالخدمة بشكل كبير بداية من الاستقبال الراقي من قبل الأخ عبدالله الكثيري.
فصّلت خمسة ثياب وأعطوني الثوب الأول بروفا وعطيت ملاحظاتي وتعدّلت وحاليا راضي جدا بالتفصيل وحبيت أوضح أنهم يعطون ضمان لمدة سنة كاملة على الياقات والتطريز بحيث يعدلون أي مشكلة تحصل على الثوب!
I am one of the old customers of Qotni and this is the first time I deal with them in tailoring, frankly, I was greatly pleased with the service, starting with the elegant reception by Brother Abdullah Al Kathiri.
I made five dresses and they gave me the first dress in rehearsal. I gave my feedback and modified it. Currently I am very satisfied with the detail and I wanted to clarify that they give a full year guarantee on the collars and the embroidery so that they correct any problem you get on the dress!
