★ ★ ★ ★ ★ شركة عملها في التنظيف كان جيد لكنهم غير محترفين أبداً و أولهم الإدارة ثم بعدهم العمالة اللي يشتغلون في التنظيف. جبتهم لتنظيف الفيلا ووعدوني بشغل خرافي وبمبلغ ٣٥٠٠ ريال وفي الأخير وجدت خراطيم المياه للمغاسل مكسورة. وكل واحد يتهرب من المسؤولية. الموظف يقول المدير هو المسؤول والمدير يرميها على الموظف. وفي الأخير يتهربون من قيمة تصليح السباكة. حسبنا الله ونعم الوكيل

I brought them to clean the villa and they promised me a fabulous job for 3500 riyals, and in the end I found the water hoses for the washbasins broken. Each one evades responsibility. The employee says the manager is responsible and the manager throws it at the employee. In the end, they avoid the value of plumbing repairs. God is enough, and yes, the agent

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ بعد التجربة لا انصح فيهم أبداً جودة التنظيف جدًا سيئة تكلفة تنظيف شقة بسعر ٨٠٠ ريال ولم يتم التنظيف بالشكل المتفق عليه. ورفض ارجاع او حتى خصم المبلغ! و يطلب منك العامل ان تكون موظف للتدقيق وجودة التنظيف والا لن يتم تنظيف اي شي. مثال بالصورة لطاولة بعد تنظيفهم!
After the experience, I would never recommend them. The quality of the cleaning is very bad. The cost of cleaning an apartment is 800 riyals, and the cleaning was not done in the agreed manner. Refused to return or even deduct the amount! And the worker asks you to be an employee to check the quality of cleaning, otherwise nothing will be cleaned. Picture example of a table after cleaning them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ طلبتهم وتواعدت معهم الساعه ١٠ صباحا وارسلو لي جايين بالطريق .. تاخرو لحد الساعه ١٢ و٤٥ دقيقه اتصلت استفسر قالو مشكله بالمواد وتونا نوفرها .. طيب انا مستاذنه من عملي عشانهم محد يتصل عالاقل يبلغني بيتاخرون !!
جوني بالموعد الثاني بالموعد وقبله بوقت بعد انا تاخرت عليهم وبدو ينظفون .. عشوائيين بشكل فضيع متخبطين مايعرفون يبدون بايش .. كنت اراقب طول الوقت .. تنظيف الستاير الله بالخير .. والكنب الحين بعد مانشف مبقع ليتني ماغسلته صحيح فيه بقع عنيده وقديمه بس البقع باقي بقع مواد مش بقع قديمه الشفط ماشفطوها صح .. ومرتبه السرير بعدهم رحت انظف مره ثانيه بمناديل مرطبه خاصه للاطفال وراحت البقعه !! وهم ساعه ٥ عمال قاعدين عليها ماعرفو ينظفونها .. ولامعطرات ريحه ولاشي بعض القطع ريحتها مواد تنظيف قويه ..العماله يبغون يخلصون بسرعه ويتاففون طول الوقت وكم مره يلمون اغراضهم بيطلعون كني طالبتهم فزعه !! للامانه السعر مره رخيص .... مصدومه بعد مانشف الاثاث .. تعامل الادارة والمشرف ممتاز وراقي غير كذا اطلبو الله ..
I called them and dated them at 10 in the morning and they sent me to come on the road.. They were delayed until 12.45 minutes. I called to inquire. They said there was a problem with the materials and we could provide them.. Ok, I am asking permission from my work because no one calls at least informs me that they are late!!
Johnny was on the second appointment on the date and before him some time later. I was late for them and they wanted to clean.. horribly random, confused. They don't know what they look like.. I was watching all the time.. cleaning the curtains, may God be pleased with him.. and the sofa now after the towel was stained. Material stains, not old stains, the suction did not suck right.. and the mattress after them, I cleaned again with wet wipes, especially for children, and the stain was gone!! And they are at the hour of 5 workers sitting on it. They do not know how to clean it.. No scents or anything. Some of the pieces smell of strong cleaning materials.. The workers want to get rid of quickly and shrivel up all the time. To be honest, the price is once cheap.... Shocked after we washed the furniture.. The management and supervisor's treatment is excellent and classy. Other than that, ask God..
