نصيحتي لا أحد بستأجر فيه نهائيا
وكذلك الصور المعروضه ليست للفند بل لفندق آخر

I do not recommend it .. Reception service is bad apartment all smell smoke room cleanliness zero does not have shampoo or towels furniture dirty ... means Maistahl Real

نظافة الغرف: البطانيات والوسائد فيها ريحة النزلاء السابقين ولم تتغير وعندما طلبت بطانيات بديلة رائحتها كريهة بل ومهترئة (قديمة جدا)
التعامل العام: ضعيف. ما أطلب شي لا أجد البشاشة والابتسامة ويحاول أن يتهرب من خدمتك وكأنك ستطلب منهم مالا ودائما ما يقول لك "كلم الاستقبال"
الرائحة في الأثاث ملاحظة كتدخين وقدم الأثاث والنظافة
سبب نزولي قربها من الموقع الذي أحتاجه وكنت مجهدا حينها ولم أكن أستطيع البحث عن غيرها.
أتمنى قراءة التعليق وتطوير وتحسين وضعهم فالمبنى جيد ولكن تقديم الخدمة به ملاحظات
Cleanliness: Good
The cleanliness of the rooms: blankets and pillows where the smell of previous guests did not change and when I asked for alternative blankets smelled foul and even worn (very old)
General handling: Poor. What I ask Shi do not find Bschah and smile and tries to evade your service as if you would ask them money and always says to you "speak reception"
The smell in the furniture is noticed as smoking and the furniture is made clean
The reason I came down was the proximity to the site I needed.
I hope to read the comment and develop and improve their situation as the building is good but the service has feedback

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ قصر اليمامه شقق فندقيه راقيه نظيفه واسعه لها اكثر من فرع بالنسبة للرياض المعذر ، العليا، الدخل المحدود وأسعارها مقبوله نوعا ما حسب الغرفة وعدد الغرف بالنسبة للخدمه ممتازه من ناحيةً الاستقبال والنظافه أيضا والمكان هادئ وانصح فيه للي يزورون الرياض من حيث الاقامه مكان مناسب ومريح
Al-Yamamah Palace, elegant, clean, spacious hotel apartments with more than one branch for Riyadh, Al-Ma’ather, Al-Olaya, the limited income, and their prices are somewhat acceptable depending on the room and the number of rooms. The service is excellent in terms of reception and cleanliness as well. The place is quiet and I recommend it to those who visit Riyadh in terms of accommodation, a suitable and comfortable place
