★ ★ ★ ★ ★ أسعاره حلوه . غرفه ودورة مياه ب150﷼.. وغرفه وصاله ب170﷼.. لكن مشكلتهم مافيه شبكه يعني الدفع كاش.. سألتهم ليش مافيه شبكه قالوا عطلانه لها يومين.. ماأتوقع إنها عطلانه يمكن يتهربوا من الضريبه. الله العالم.. لكن الغرف بشكل عام لابأس فيها وتحياتي للجميع من تبوك الورد ?
 Its prices are sweet. A room and a bathroom are at 150﷼..and a room and a hall are at 170﷼..But their problem is that there is no network, which means paying in cash..I asked them why there is no network, and they said it has been out for two days..I don't expect it to be down, so they can evade the tax. God is the world..but the rooms in general are okay and greetings to all from Tabuk the roses ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الشقة بغرفتين مناسبة ونظيفة إلى حد أعلى من المقبول، يحتاجون فقط مراجعة بعض الأمور في الحمام كمسند لكبار السن والاهتمام بالدش، وتوفير أواني في المطبخ إذ يخلو المطبخ تماما من الأواني وماعدا ذلك فالشقة افضل بكثير من بعض مثيلاتها في الرياض في النظافة والسعر.
الموقع رائع جدا وعلى شارع تتوفر به كل الخدمات تقريبا.
العاملون في الفندق تلمس منهم التجاوب والخدمة الجيدة وعلى راسهم الاخ محمد السوداني في الاستقبال
The two-room apartment is suitable and clean to a higher extent than is acceptable. They only need to review some things in the bathroom as a support for the elderly and take care of the shower, and provide utensils in the kitchen as the kitchen is completely devoid of utensils. Other than that, the apartment is much better than some of its counterparts in Riyadh in terms of cleanliness and price.
The location is very great, on a street where almost all services are available.
The hotel workers feel the response and good service, especially brother Mohamed Al-Sudani at the reception
