★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الموقع جميل ، والشقق نظيفة نوعاً ما، تعتبر خيار جيد في المنطقة، الغرف مفارشها نظيفة وأثاثها ممتاز، بالنسبة لدورات المياة سباكتها ليست جيدة الماء يحير في البلاط ولا ينشف، بالنسبة للخدمات لا يوجد شيء يذكر، انترنت سيء والشبكة ضعيفة في المنطقة، خدمة الغرف ٣ مرات أطلبهم عامل النظافة لتنظيف البلاط والأرضيات وما جاء، يقول ١٠ دقائق ولا يجي ابداً.
والمطبخ كبير في حجمه صغير في أدواته، مجلى وعينين كهربائية ورفين وثلاجة والأواني من أردى نوعية وغير صالحة للطبخ نهائياً.
بالنسبة للسعر كان السعر منافس.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ رائحة العمارة سيئة كذلك المصعد، معدات النظافة تحتاج إلى تغيير، عمال النظافة يتذمرون اذا طلبته ينظف ويقلك مافيه هديه (بخشيش) الواي فاي STC سيء إلى أبعد حد اضطريت اشتري شريحة زين، بعيد شوي عن الخدمات مساحة الشقة ممتازه بعض الشقق لها بلكونه ولكن اجارها حاليا 150 اليوم!! عشان صيفيه ? !!

و الشقق يبي لها زيادة اهتمام بنظافة المفارش
ولكن نظافة الشقة بشكل عام ممتاز
المطبخ ايضًا نظيف و دورة المياه نظيفة و يوجد فيها غسالة
و الماء فيها وفير .

لكن الاواني والسكاكين والصحون والقدور غير متوفرة .. بتحتاج عزبتك معك لو بتطبخ
