هذي تتبع لشقق فخر ينبع
مافيها شي زين الا انه رخيصه واذا قفلت الشقق الثانيه من الزحمه تلقى عند هذا غرف فاضيه
انا ما حصلت شقق بينبع كلها مفلله والبوكنق ما فيه الا الشقق الغاليه مره
يمكن انا سكنت بالدور الارضي علشان كذا الصراصير بكل مكان بالغرفه
والعامل الله يجزاه خير يرفع الضغط . ما يعرف يتكلم عربي ولا فيه احد تتفاهم معه ، واللي زود المغثه طق الباب الصبح وصحاني من النوم علشان ادفع قيمة الاجار
وانا دافع كل المبلغ مقدم
المهم اذا وصلت مرحله تقول انا لو القى شقه انام به بس الليله تعال هنا

لكن في الزيارة الأخيرة أصبت بخيبة أمل كبيرة
١ المخدات الصغيرة رائحتها رائحة عرق خانق
٢ التلفزيون تالف ولما طلبت إصلاحه قالوا بعد الساعة السادسة ولم يأت أحد
٣ طلبت غلاية منهم فأحضروا لي غلاية وبداخلها قطع أندومي
٤ النت كان ضعيفا جداً

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الغرف تختلف باختلاف المكيفات فبعضها اسبيلت وبعضها شباك واحيانا تحتاج لتغيير الغرفة بسبب المكيف الغرف نظيفة خدمة الموظفين عادية تسجيل الدخول سريع استاجرت الشقق هذه أكثر من مرة المستوى بين الجيد والمقبول خصوصا في عدم وجود مكواة وطاولة للكي واعطاء منشفة واحدة لكل شقة بحسب كلام الموظفة والعامل سعر الغرفة جيد تحتاج ادارة الشقق لمراجعة سياساتها وخدمات الموظفين مع العملاء والخدمة المقمة للعميل.
