Under the responsibility of the Ministry of Agriculture and Water, this palace was represented in the National Irrigation Administration for forty years, and then the palace was returned to the children of Princess Hessa Al-Sudairy, may God have mercy on her, in the name of the Hasa Al-Sudairi Charitable Foundation.

هي إحدى زوجات الملك عبد العزيز بن عبد الرحمن آل سعود مؤسس المملكة العربية السعودية وأول ملك للبلاد. والدة من يطلق عليهم السديريون السبعة ومنهم كل من الملك فهد بن عبد العزيز آل سعود والملك سلمان بن عبد العزيز آل سعود .
