★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الطباعة الملونة جداً غالية حيث أن الصورة الوحدة ب ٤ ريال !! والمكاتب الأخرى بريال أو ريالين بالكثير !!
والموظف المصري لم يكن صادق و واضح بالأسعار قبل الطباعة
وسوف يتم رفع شكوى عليهم...
 Color printing is very expensive as the unit image is 4 riyals !! And the other offices are one or two riyals a lot !!
And the Egyptian employee was not honest and clear about the prices before printing
A complaint will be filed against them ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ عندي ملاحظة على المكتبة من ناحية التعامل مع الزبائن وذلك ان العمال في الطباعة ينشغلون في تجهيز وطباعة المذكرات على تلبية طلبات الزبائن المتواجدين داخل المكتبة والواجب ان يقدم طلبات الحاضرين أولاً ومما يدل على على ما أقول انني انتظرت اكثر من نصف ساعة لكي استلم طلبي وجاء اكثر من واحد بعدي بدقائق واستلموا طلباتهم خلال ثلاث دقائق وهذا ليس من العدل
ارجو منكم ملاحظة ذلك في المستقبل

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ اسوء مركز نسخ وتصوير لي تجربين معهم الاولى شريت مذكرتين وشكيت بقيمة الفاتورة وقلت له احسبها زين قال حضرتك انا متاكد قلت ولو احسبها من جديد وطلع انه غلط لا اعتذر ولا شيء سكت التجربة الثانيه طلبت 3 مذكرات من صلاة المغرب لين اذان العشاء وهو يصرف ومشى بعدي قبلي

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ رغم ان المكتبة عند بيتي إلا اني استحاله اروح لمه لعدة أسباب :
- عدم نظافة الشغل ، الورق يصير فيه بعض الخطوط الغير مرغوب فيها .
- بطيئين بالتصوير والطباعة جدًا جدًا .
- ماعندهم خدمة التواصل مسبقًا بالواتس للطباعة ، والاستلام مباشرة دون انتظار .
- ينقص المكان ترتيب ونظافة .
