مع الاسف العمالة الموجودة الهندية في المطعم هي من تتحكم في كل شي والخدمة سيئة للغايه
وعندما تقوم بطلبك الخاص يتم اعطائك طلبيه اخرى او نواقص
والعمالة السيئة لا يهمها رضى العميل
اذا اراد صاحب مطعم كتكوت النجاح فعليه ان يقوم بالاشراف بنفسه او يوظف سعودي ويعطيه جميع الصلاحيات
لا انصح ابداً التعامل معه فمع الاسف مرتين في اقل من اسبوع اطلب منهم ولا يتم اعطائي طلبي على اكمل وجه

And bad workers don't care about customer satisfaction
If the owner of a chick restaurant wants to succeed, he must supervise himself or hire a Saudi and give him all the powers
I do not advise at all to deal with him, unfortunately, twice in less than a week I ask them and my request is not given to me to the fullest.

لكن طلبت عن طريق السيارة الساعة ٢ الظهر جهز الطلب بعد ٣٠ دقيقة ! نقز مر الاكل والله ?

وانك تنتظر ساعه ونص وتتواصل مع المطعم يقول السواق طالع وانتظر زياده نص ساعه وادق ثانيه يقول كلم السواق شف وينه!؟
هل هذا يعقل.

الهاتف غالبا مشغول واذا رد عادي يخلص رصيدي وهو يكلم احد بالمحل .

I rate the tortilla 7 and a half/10
Delivery is slow due to traffic
