One of their staff came to me and pulled me out of the class just to tell me in a very rude way to move my car, she said I’m so disrespectful just because of a CAR PARKING!!! Obviously she has a problem with me because this’s not her first time she always asks me to change my parking spot “different spots” or the way I park my car!!! Unprofessional.
N	Namo Apps on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They made me pay for classes they dont have, i payed in advance for a whole month and every time i showed up for the class the instructor was not there and they just send me back home, when i asked for a refund they just dismissed me, of course i will take further action on this, this is just for other people to be careful what they’re paying for .. oh yeah and the staff are rude ??

However, the late cancellation policy makes no sense, were in a pandemic, classes are limited and always waitlisted when i cancel i make room for someone else to take the spot even if it was 6 hours before the class starts! People pay to go workout and have a good time and when life happens and i cannot attend for some reason i don't need to get 'punished' for it! So one star off for that, another star off for no changing rooms.

H	Halah AlBabtain on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love this gym way too much! I love all of their services and especially the Milon machine which are one of a kind. The ladies at the reception are always incredibly kind especially Reema. The trainers are even more fabulous! Definitely my go to gym.

N	Nada on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Utterly expensive gym for absolutely no reason at all. It used to be my favorite gym but lately it has been catering for anything but their cliental. The equipments and dumbbells are old and rusty despite the numerous times we’ve requested to change them. I’ve tried to send emails and fill in survey but no changes no matter how small or big are implemented nor taken into consideration. I’ve marketed for Kore and talked about it to almost everyone in my circle and area, but sadly it’s not the same anymore. Even the great coaches left or they are leaving looking for a better place to cater for them. I’m beyond disappointed and will not renew my subscription after being a loyal member for 3 years.
G	Ghadah Mazi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff are very friendly. The gym is very clean. The trainers are top notch. I love the variety of classes. Also I LOVE that they open early at 7:15am and close late at 10pm. Just wish they offer classes early in the morning everyday.
