لاحظت الزيادة في كمية القهوة عن الحد الطبيعي
اتمنى مراجعة خلطة القهوة
عن نفسي ( جربت الأمريكانو ) وكان غير مستساغ لأن كمية القهوة فيها عالية جداً
والكابتشينو عادي جداً

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ للاسف العامل الساعه 11:55م قام باستلام مبلغ 5 ريالات فيمة كوب شاي انجليزي بالنعناع ولم يقم بإعادة 1 ريال علما أن قيمة الكوب 4 ريالات وعند سؤاله عن الباقي برر ذلك بأن إضافة نعناع تزيد المبلغ فتصبح قيمة الكوب 5 ريالات بعد ذلك طلبت فاتورة ولما استلمتها وجدت القيمة 4 ريالات و عند الاستفهام عن سبب عدم ارجاع الباقي استمر بالدعاء أنه قيمة النعناع وعند البحث عن رقم توتصل مع الادارة لم نجد في الموقع ولا في عنوان الموقع في خرائط قوقل لذلك اولا: ارجو التنبه من حركات النصب والاحتيال من العماله فلا بد من كل عميل التأكد من طلباته واسعارها من خلال مراجعة الفاتوره ثانيا: اطالب بمحاسبة العامل على هذا التصرف فرقم الفاتوره موجود والكاميرات اذا كانت تعمل تثبت الحاله ثالثا: اذا تكرر مثل هذا الفعل سنضطر لابلاغ الجهات المختصه عن عدم وجود وسائل اتصال و عدم تسليم العميل فاتورة شراء.
