★ ★ ★ ★ ★ للأسف مركز رشا الحناوي من أسوأ المراكز الي تعاملت معهم?????? ما انصحكم بالتعامل معهم..
سواء في الخدمة في الواتس تأخر في الرد وعدم إعطاء إجابة كافيه ولما رحت لهم المركز الاستقبال تتعامل بدون نفس وباستهزاء كل ما سألت شي وماسكه الجوال وانا اكلمها ولا معطيه أي اعتبار للزبون قدامها ولما رحت لمديرة المركز د.رشا قلت لها المشكله كانت ردودها كأنها تبرر لهذا التعامل السيء.."كان زحمه وعليهم ضغط+ تعامل الناس يختلف" هل تعاملوا الزبون بطريقة سيئة لأن عندكم ضغط! وهل منطقي اشتكي للمديرة وتقولي تعامل الناس يختلف وهي المسؤولة عن توظيف كل من في المركز! كانت تقدر تتعامل مع المشكله بشكل أفضل ولكن الحمدلله كانت أول زياره لي وهتكون الأخيره بإذن الله ??.

When I went to the director of the center, Dr. Rasha, I told her the problem was her responses as if they justified this Bad handling.. “It was crowded and they had to pressure + people treated differently.” Did they treat the customer badly because you had pressure! Is it reasonable to complain to the director and say that people treat differently, and she is responsible for hiring everyone in the center! She could have dealt with the problem better, but thank God it was my first visit and it will be my last, God willing.
