★ ★ ★ ★ ★ سيء لا انصح به، الموظف تعامله جدا سيء فقد طلب تأمين ٥٠٠ريال على سيارة اجارها اليومي ب١٠٠ريال! علما بأنني استأجرتها نصف يوم وعذره انني اول مره استأجر من عنده كذلك السياره غير نظيف من حيث داخليتها او محركاتها.
Bad I do not recommend it, employee treated very badly asked for insurance 500 riyals on a car rent daily 100 riyals! Note that I rented half a day and excuse him that I first rented from him as well as the car is not clean in terms of internal or engines.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ للأمانة الموظفين عندهم محترمين وودودين جدا لدرجة تحس انك بين اخوانك و اصحابك اغلب الناس الحين يخافون من شركات التأجير زي روتانا بسبب الكمائن الي ينصبوها للضحية الي هو المستأجر لا اخلاق ولا ضمير ولا دين لي الان ٦ شهور اتعامل معاهم يشهدالله علي ما قيد شفت زي السامرين من مصداقية ونزاهة وأخلاق طيبة قد ما قلت فيهم ما يوفيهم حقهم
For the honesty, their employees are so respectful and friendly that you feel that you are between your brothers and your friends, most of the people now are afraid of rental companies like Rotana because of the ambushes they set for the victim who is the renter. I have no morals, conscience, and no religion. Now I have 6 months dealing with them. Credibility, integrity and good morals have not been said about them to fulfill their rights
