★ ★ ★ ★ ★ القطع جميله جدا لكن الخدمه سيئه جدا جدا اول زياره كانت قبل ٥ أشهر الأسعار المكتوبه قبل الضريبه وعندهم تخفيضات لكن غير مكتوبه لازم اسأل عن سعر كل قطعه قبل وبعد التخفيض ثم أضيف قيمة الضريبه ، الزياره الثانيه كانت اليوم وللأسف تعاملهم ما تغيير غير متعاونين الخدمه ثقيله ( من غير نفس ) و الأهم انه رفضوا استبدال قطعة سجاد كانت وصلتنا هديه من ثلاث ايام والسبب انتهت مدة الاستبدال و ما معاك فاتوره ! هل وجود فاتوره مهم جدا ! حاولنا لكن للأسف يقولي تفاهمي مع صاحب الهديه !!!
The pieces are very nice, but the service is very, very bad. The first visit was 5 months ago. The written prices are before tax. They have discounts, but they are not written. I have to ask about the price of each piece before and after the reduction, then add the value of the tax. Without the same) and most importantly, they refused to replace a piece of carpet that we received as a gift three days ago, and the reason is that the replacement period has expired and you do not have an invoice! Is having an invoice very important! We tried, but unfortunately it says my understanding with the owner of the gift!!!
