Bedsheets and washroom full of stains. Had 5 day stay and room was cleaned once and that too when I caught cleaning guys outside. Will never book again. Not close to haram to walk and no van service. No iron. Bathrooms are the worst.

โ โ โ โ โ Positive: The staff is very helpful, all you need is just to ask they will be glad to help. The location is good not far away from the Haram, if you like walking. Otherwise taxis are available every time you wish to use them: all you need to do is cross the street..

โ โ โ โ โ Positive: Taxi is very easily available for only 2 SAR/person to Haram Makki. Parking is also available but not reserved. Staff is also good and caring.. Negative: Some of the Saudi staff is a bit stiff and do not talk other than Arabic. The slope for wheelchair is slippery and not good and safe to be used..

โ โ โ โ โ Positive: Hotel is clean and room is good. Location is 25 minute-walk to Haram, Taxi can take you to Haram for 2-3 Riyals, it takes 7 minutes. Yamani guy was very friendly and helpful.. Negative: The front desk staff need more training to show good customer service. Room service staff neither clean the room untill you check out, nor change sheets or take garbage until you clearly request that. Internet is weak and you have to stand by room door to get good speed, otherwise, connection is poor with 1 Mbps speed. Front desk staff not very friendly, two ladies don't speak English and were asking me to speak Arabic, one of them knows very little English, Saudi guy was Arrogant and doesn't smile. Room service staff don't clean the room until you check out. Room card must be activated every day!!..
