حبيت فرع عاليه بلازا اكثر مرتب وقعدته شرحه
يحتاجو هنا يغيرو الكراسي قعدتها ابد مو مريحه
الخدمه جيده
 A good place and small baskets. The coffee is half the text, and the solution they have is not fresh, except for the konafah.
I liked the Aley Plaza branch more organized and explained
They need to change the chairs. Its seat is never comfortable
The service is good

He is doing his job like he doesn’t want to. He doesn’t know how to prepare some food. Took around 30 minutes for 1 kunafa and he is thinking what to do next.

The Bangladeshi server was very rude to us while his Indian manager pretended to be from Yemen while not speaking in English at all
Ordered two kunafas and found them to be anything but kunafas as their texture, taste and ingredients were subpar
Extremly overpriced as same type of food items in much better quality and taste are available at half the prices in other restaurants
Despite the fact that the branch is listed on ENTERTAINER app.. the staff rudely informed us that the service is closed at the outlet
Not recommended at all
