★ ★ ★ ★ ★ تم زيارة المحل ومقابلة مدير الفرع الأخ الفاضل محمد الحوراني ذو الخلق النبيل والتعامل الراقي والابتسامة الجميلة وتم الشرح الوافي لخطوات تصميم المطبخ ومراحل العمل من البداية الى التركيب وتم الاتفاق وتوقيع العقد لتنفيذ المطبخ ، تجربة جدا جميلة وانصح بالتعامل معهم والشكر الجزيل لمدير الفرع وطاقم العمل .
 The shop was visited and the branch manager was met, the virtuous brother Muhammad Al-Hourani, who has a noble character, a classy attitude and a beautiful smile. The steps of designing the kitchen and the stages of work from the beginning to the installation were adequately explained, and the contract was agreed and signed to implement the kitchen, a very nice experience and I would recommend dealing with them, and many thanks to the branch manager and staff.

وبعد اختيار التصميم تواصلت مع الاستاذ محمد حوراني واعطاني احسن سعر من بين المحلات المجاوره منهم

I visited the exhibition and met Mr. Rayan, the design official. I was only attracted by the quality and openness of his design.
After choosing the design, I contacted Mr. Mohamed Hourani, and he gave me the best price among the neighboring stores

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ تعمدت التأخير في التقييم لانقل تجربة متكاملة مع مطابخ كتشن ارتش.
بدايتي معهم كانت قبل ٥ أشهر تقريبًا. الاستقبال كان ببشاشة ورحابة صدر من قبل مستشار المبيعات محمد كحيل ورئيس الفرع محمد حوراني.
مرحلة التصميم راعوا فيها احتياج العميل وجمال التصميم ، وتم الخروج للموقع أكثر من مرة للتأكد من المقاسات واي متطلبات يجب تنفيذها قبل التشطيبات.
بالرغم من ارتفاع السعر الا انهم قدموا خصمًا مجزيا جعل القيمة تفوق التكلفة.
كان تسليم المطبخ بنفس الموعد المتفق عليه، وزار الموقع أكثر من فني للتأكد من الجاهزية قبل التوصيل.
فنيي التوصيل والتركيب محترفين وخدومين أيضًا.
الشكل النهائي للمطبخ جميل ومطابق للتصاميم.
بعد مضي أكثر من شهرين طلبت زيارة فني ولم يتأخروا في إرسال فريق صيانة خاص.
تقييمي لتجربتي معهم أنها تفوق التوقعات، وسأعود لهم مرة أخرى بإذن الله.
I deliberately delayed the evaluation to convey an integrated experience with Kitchen Arch kitchens.
I started with them about 5 months ago. The reception was cheerful and generous by the sales consultant, Mohamed Kahil, and the head of the branch, Mohamed Hourani.
The design stage took into account the customer’s needs and the beauty of the design, and the site was visited more than once to check the sizes and any requirements that must be implemented before finishing.
Despite the high price, they offered a lucrative discount that made the value outweigh the cost.
The kitchen was delivered on the same date agreed upon, and more than one technician visited the site to ensure readiness before delivery.
The delivery and installation technicians are professional and helpful as well.
The final look of the kitchen is beautiful and matches the designs.
After more than two months, I requested a technician visit and they did not delay sending a special maintenance team.
My evaluation of my experience with them is that it exceeds expectations, and I will return to them again, God willing.
