١- تأخر عن موعد التسليم المتفق عليه في العقد
٢- عند الاتصال لايتم الرد عالزبون ( تطفيش)
٣- عندكتابة العقد يقول الضمان ٢٠ سنة ولكن للاسف احد المغاسل انخلع وسقط الجزء السفلي والاخرى بدأت تهرب من الاسفل وذلك بعد شهر واحد من تركيبها شغل اي كلام ( انظر الصور المرفقة)

1- Delayed delivery date agreed in the contract
2- When calling the customer, the customer is not answered.
3- When writing the contract, the warranty says 20 years, but unfortunately one of the washbasins was dislodged and the lower part fell, and the other started to escape from the bottom, and that was one month after it was installed.

تعامل المصري سيء جداً
وكأنهم لايرغبون بالتعامل مع السعودي مباشره
لازم تاخذ معاك عمالة ورشة ??

Egyptian behavior is very bad
