★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ignorant and illiterate staff...when we go to see a doctor they say go to another hospital...they even dont care for hajis...atleast they should know international language...its better in india where we can go to a doctor and he never says go somewhere else..in a king size hospital they say for fever go to another hospital.....do they do jot have medicine for fever?...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mother got admitted bcoz of fracture. Very pathetic experience she had even the staff was not co operative and my mother was in severe pain during hospital stay even after being operated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Salam! Very poor customer service dont know basic english...cant communicate with them to tell about our concern regarding the schedule for vaccine...and always passing the call to others who also dont know to talk and answer in english...?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While doing Umrah my mom experienced stomach issues and we visited this hospital after referal from Haram emergency. Hospital staff and doctors were so amazing and professional. They did not charge a single penny and treated my mom very well. I would say SHUKRAN to everybody and the lady doctor that treated my mom like her own mother.

There was a this room with blood on the floor and the nurse expected us to sit in the room and get examined
They took our passport of us and when it came to return them we had to wait 45 minutes because they cashier was on walk about
Try to avoid this hospital visit

I'm just waiting last about 40.min ago
And they didn't do anything
They don't know how to work maybe
Coz
There is just 3 sectors for.patient
And 1 bed 10 patients waiting
There is some patients badly pain in stomach some woman they just literally crying
And they had 1 word
Please wait
Isn't behave anout patients treatment
Isn't hospital is just small clinic
Or something bad
I'm really very upset for service
