★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ( some ) of the staff.. nurses mainly are rude incompetent and they lack simple basic manners, not to mention bad hygienes ?, I’m not really sure how things work in this hospital but i believe it needs management.. like top tier management, if you’re old and sick there’s a 70% chance you’re there to die.. most of the people who rated this hospital with 5 starts are the staff themselves, can’t really blame them but that’s that

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Better service from Doctors and nurces.But nurses have no duty time in ortho ward , that will affect the efficiency of nurses mentally and physically.Every day nurses start duty at correct time and endend duty very late .This policy is not justice. This is a complaint against Hospital administration.very bad ward Is mail ortho ward because heavy duty for nurses so their efficiency reduces after extended duty. So please put many nurses for this ward.Otherwise patients complaints regularly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Witing time to get admitted in the ER and seen by the doctor is 4-6 hours. After that you might get admitted depending on the doctors mode. Every test (blood work, urine test, CT scan, xray, etc.) takes about 2-3 hours to get the results. There are good intelligent doctors, however there are some bad apples that are ruining the reputation of this hospital. Organization wise, this hospital needs new equipment (locking cabinets, more nurses, infrastructure overhaul, more quantities for consumables, etc.) Also, it can use more good doctors. Managment needs to wake up and have a good tracking and verifying system. Everything taks too long because nothing is systemic. The patient comes before last. I got trated for free, however, if I had the opportunity to redo it all over again; I would choose to go elsewhere.
