لايسمح للزائر بالدخول .
ولايوجد كراسي انتظار يعني وقف لين يرد الموظف اذا رد وسمح وقته يرد ..

Customer service on the free phone needs intensive courses in receiving customer calls. Most of the clients are holders of higher degrees and represent large entities and companies in Saudi Arabia. I called and was treated as if I were charging a service instead of the inconvenience next door, as if they were in a neighborhood session and not in a government agency
