★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The internet is ok! Not too fast not too slow. The workers are loud and they don't respect the people inside. The place is quiet and clean. No printing stations available. No parking for the public. In general, the place is nice!

- An amazingly neat, clean & quiet place
- Air conditioned, ergonomically furnished
- perfect for studying
- timings are excellent; daily 8 am to 10 pm except Fridays 4 pm to 10 pm
- 2 mosques one inside the premises and the other within 2 min walk
- Free wifi and each desk with an optimum desktop with free Internet
- free tea, coffee & drinking water stock available throughout the day
- STAFF?: the single reason why I didn't give 5 stars! They are themselves not keeping quiet, with their cell phones ringing and talking loudly ... you can't even complain !
- The staff stop you from taking food inside but they themselves are eating nuts and crackling their lousy mouths and PACHECK PACHECK all the time !
- Stay away from the FAT, BLACK GUY at the female gate though, he is really a NASTY BEAST?!
- separate car parking
- separate Female and children's library
- What more could anyone interested in serious studying ask for?
- It's a students paradise !!!! with the exception of the pests as u know !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The library is very good and equipped with all you can expect from a public library (at least in the men section) including convenient furniture, air-cool, print/photocopying, WiFi, computers, etc. I have not checked the books as I come to work on my own laptop. Support services such as water dispensers, toilets, Masjid, and a small cafeteria are all available. There are plenty of parking lots around, and can not think of something missing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was a little hesitant to visit, mainly due to the many comments describing a loud atmosphere and rude staff.
Yesterday I visited the library at 11:30 and my experience was nothing short of amazing, the place was quiet most of the time, a little noisy at some, and in my case a noise canceling headphone would do wonders.
As for the staff, they were very helpful. I requested three books at different times throughout my stay that were not available at the shelfs, and the librarian asked me to wait at my desk as he went and brought it to my desk which was at the opposite end of the hall compared to his office, and it took him less than 10 minutes to bring each one.
The main issue I faced was the internet.
The speed was fairly slow and many sites were blocked the main one being youtube!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of my favorite places to visit when I’m stressed/bored I don’t remember when I came but The last time I visited I went inside and started reading I thought the kids section was empty when I looked it was full of kids reading silently and 5 minutes passed a worker comes and reads them a story quietly I really liked how they managed to make the kids sit down calmly and quietly yet still entertain them also the staffs are very nice and the bathrooms are very clean, I do recommend coming here on weekdays so it could be more quiet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spacious, easy to approach,no issue of parking. Water dispensers available. Bathrooms are very clean. Lot of computer stations with good internet speed available. Masjid & place for wudoo is also very clean and spacious.
Only thing disturbing is noise from employees who’re talking each other loudly in the library. I think they need proper training.
