★ ★ ★ ★ ★ صراحه تعامل جداً سئ وماعندهم اي اسلوب لا في التعامل ولا في الكلام حتى مديره الفرع سيئه جداً فرع عرب مول ولا فيه اي نوع من التنظيم في الفرع ولا الموظفات مستعدين يخدمو يعني انتي تبغى شي طلعيه بنفسك صراحه شي يفشل للأسف
Frankly, the treatment is very bad, and they do not have any method, neither in dealing nor in speech, even the branch manager is very bad. The Arab Mall branch does not have any kind of organization in the branch, nor are the female employees ready to serve. I mean, you want something to come out on your own, frankly, something that fails unfortunately.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ اسوأ تجربة للتسوق على الاطلاق ، الموظفات غير مهنيات أبداً واتوقع انهم لم يخوضو تجربة المبيعات في حياتهن ، كانهم جالسين في صالة بيتهم ، دخلت قلت السلام عليكم ، وانتظر احد يجي يخدمني الموظفة تقولي تبغا شيء ؟ وصاحباتها يضحكون ، رغم الاسلوب السيء في الخدمة رغم اني اشتريت المنتج وخرجت ، لو فيه جائزة لأسوأ خدمة عملاء في التاريخ راح يحصلون عليها بكل جدارة
The worst shopping experience ever, the female employees are not professional at all, and I expect that they have not experienced sales in their lives, as if they were sitting in the hall of their house, I entered and said, “Peace be upon you,” and waited for someone to come to serve me. The employee said you want something? And its owners laugh, despite the bad service, even though I bought the product and went out. If there was an award for the worst customer service in history, they would get it with all merit.
