★ ★ ★ ★ ★ للاسف ما عندهم احترام للوقت ومديرة الفرع مو مداومه وجيت بستلم سيارتي تقولي انتظر ساعتين حضرتها عشان تجي تسلمني اياها بنفسها ولا اوكلت شغلها لاحد غيرها مو معقوله الاستهتار بالناس هذا. سيئين جدا وما عندهم احترافية في عملهم.
 Unfortunately, they do not have respect for time, and the branch manager does not always come to pick up my car. You say wait two hours for her to come and pick it up for me herself, and do not assign her job to anyone else. It is not reasonable to disrespect people. Very bad and they do not have professionalism in their work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ أنا ماني من أهل المنطقه أبها وجاء في خلل في سيارتي وقلت بقدرون المسافرين ألي من برا المنطقه. ولا تجي القطعه بعد اربع ايام. بصراحه شركه كيا من أسوء الشركات ألي شفته في حياتي بصراحه الآن لي ساعتين وسيارتي ماحد لمسها
