★ ★ ★ ★ ★ المكان الوحيد اللي يوفر خيوط إليزا في جدة حتى الآن. عجبني إنهم متعاونين و عندهم توصيل غير مجاني لكنه مفيد وقت الحاجة.
مؤخراً صرت أطلب منهم تجهيز الطلبية مسبقاً و أمر أحاسب و أستلمها قبل الإغلاق.
The only place that provides Elisa threads in Jeddah so far. I liked that they are helpful and have free delivery, but it is useful when needed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الخيوط عندهم ممتازة وكل مستلزمات الكروشيه ، لكن نقصت نجمتين عشان اول شي تواصلت معهم واتساب قالولي اطلبي وكل شي ولما جمعت اغراضي تفاجأت ان الدفع لازم كاش ! وجالسه احاول فيهم مره مو راضين يقبلون تحويل الا لما كلمت صاحب المحل ووافقوا وارسلولي حسابهم حق البنك طيب اللي مو شايل كاش يعني خلاص مايشتري من محلكم ؟
وثاني نجمه نقصتها عشان مندوبهم ، تواصلت معه الساعه ١٠ الليل على اساس يوصلهم لي بعد ساعه بالكثير .. اخر شي ماجاب الاغراض الا ١ ونص الليل .. ولا حق الانتظار والحماس
The threads they have are excellent and all the crochet necessities are, but two stars were missing because the first thing I contacted them on WhatsApp, they told me to order and everything, and when I collected my things, I was surprised that the payment was required in cash! I am sitting and trying them once. They are not satisfied that they accept a transfer except when I spoke to the owner of the shop and they agreed and sent me their account. The right of the bank is ok. Who doesn't carry cash, I mean, what is he buying from your shop?
And the second star I lost because of their representative. I contacted him at 10 at night on the basis that he would deliver them to me after an hour, a lot.. The last thing was that the items were only 1 and a half of the night.. I have no right to wait and enthusiasm.
