- بالنسبة للتفصيل فصلت عنده ثوب واحد للتجربة وأخترت قماش كوري خامته حلوة وكان سعر التفصيل ١٣٠ ريال للأقمشة الكورية وأستلمت الثوب منهم وشغلهم عجبني بصراحة
- بالنسبه للأقمشة عندهم انوع مختلفة وجيدة
- بالنسبة للأسعار فتبدأ من ١٢٠ ريال للأقمشة الإندونيسية وهي الأرخص بالسوق ولديه أنواع مختلفة مثل القطن الطبيعي والصناعي السلك البوليستر وغيرها الكثير.
- بالنسبة لمواقف السيارات فهي بالفترة الصباحية لا يوجد بها زحام . أما بالفترة المسائية فالموقع مزدحم ويصعب إيجاد مواقف للسيارات بسبب كثرة المطاعم بجوار الخياط.
- لا توجد مواقف لذوي الإحتياجات الخاصة وهذه الفئة دائما منسي .
- لا يوجد مدخل لذوي الإحتياجات الخاصة .
