لا يوجد اهتمام نهائياً بالشقق من نظافة وصيانه بعض المواد الصحيه عطلانه وتم طلب اصلاحها اكثر من مره من موظفين الرسبشن وهم غير متعاونين بالاضافه الى السعر المرتفع مقارنه بالواقع والمواقف فيها صعوبه كبيره خصوصاً بعد الساعه 10 م.
- ايجابيات المكان :
موقع الفندق و وجود عامل عند مدخل الفندق لكشف حرارة الزوار والتعقيم.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ سيرفس مضروبه ريحة البويه تشمها بالغرفه للناس اللي يعانون من امراض تنفسيه مصيبه تنظيف 0 نطلبهم مليون مره ما في تجاوب لمبة الحمام الله يكرمكم هربت وطلبناهم تتصلح ولا احد اعطانا وجه الانترنت سيء والمكان نطلبهم محد يوقف بباركنق الاحتياجات الخاصه ومع ذلك كل مره نجي نلقى احد موقف ايش الفائدة مكتوب حق احتياجات خاصه واي احد مو محتاجه يجي يوقف فيه ويقفل طريق الدراجه وما يتكلمون !! للاسف رايحه لهم على المدح اللي موجود بس كان العكس تماما

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ سكن جميل ومريح .. استقبال ممتازين ومتعاونين بشكل سريع .. يوجد عيوب بسيطه ولكن الاوضح مسار العربات رفيع جدآ ولا يمكن الاستفاده منه ونتمنى اصلاحه للفائده .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ انصح بالسكن في هذا المكان الجميل والمريح صراحةً من ناحية النظافة والخدمة.
لكن اتمنى الاهتمام بالمدخل للمبنى حيث انه يوجد موقف مخصص للسيارات امام الباب مباشرةً ولو توقفت سياره امام المبنى ينسد الطريق ويتضايق الخارجون والداخلون خصوصاً كبار السن وذوي الهمم ممن يستخدمون الكرسي المتحرك فاتمنى ازالة هذا الموقف وجعله طريق للعبور
