★ ★ ★ ★ ★ عندي شكوى للمعهد( قسم الاختبارات، موعد اختباري اليوم وتم تسجيل لي وتأكيد الموعد، انا من جدة وفي غير جاء من الباحة وصلنا للكلية لم نجد احد، وبعد الاتصال على المسؤول في (قسم الاختبارات) تم تأجيل الاختبار بسبب لا يوجد مراقبين . حسبي الله عليكم جميعاً .

I am from Jeddah, and other than from Al-Baha, we arrived at the college, but we did not find anyone, and after contacting the official in (Tests Department) the exam was postponed because there are no observers. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ المعهد ماشاء الله ممتاز ، نوعا ما فيه ارتفاع في اسعار دورات الانقليزي لو تتخفض شوي لكن بشكل عام رائع وخصوصا الاستاذه زبيده الثمالي في خدمة العملاء ممتازه واحترافيه ومتعاونه وخدومه جدا الله يسعدها
The institute, Mashallah, is excellent. There is a bit of an increase in the prices of the English courses, if they go down a bit, but in general it is wonderful, especially Ms. Zubaydah Al-Thamali, who is excellent, professional, cooperative and very helpful, may God make her happy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ صراحه لو فيه فوق 5 نجوم اعطيته معهد يستاهل كل خير اخذت دوره انجليزي وللأن مستمر معهم واستفد منهم المدرسين ممتازين واخلاق والفصول نظيفه ومريحه والكتب ممتازه جدا الله يوفقهم ويرزقهم انصحكم فيه
Frankly, if it had more than 5 stars, I would give it an institute that deserves all the best. I took an English course, and now I continue with them and benefit from them.
