★ ★ ★ ★ ★ شريت نعال وطلع فيها عيب مصنعي وهو ان ارضية النعال اليمين فيها ارتفاع و انتفاخ و سبب لي الام في باطن القدم بينما النعال اليسرى طبيعية ، رجعت لهم و افادوني انها خارج سياسة الضمان وانا اصلا يوم اشتريها ما كان عندهم سياسة ضمان انما هي مستحدثه، و عندي الفاتورة الاصلية ولا فيه اي شي مكتوب عن الضمان.
تعاملهم كان سيء معي ورفضوا استبدالها

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ يأسفني جدا جدا ان صاحب المحل يوظف ناس تبي مشاكل مو تبيع انا مستاء جدا من تعامل الموظف ارجوا من صاحب المحل التواصل معاي للاهمية انا لما اخش ويلحقني الموظف برا ويتكلم علي هذا وش يسمى؟؟؟

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الصراحة ما راح اتكلم عن المنتج لاني ما جربته لكن بتكلم عن تجربتي مع خدمتهم وكيف خدمتهم تصف منتجهم ، جاني الحذاء كا هدية لكن لم يناسبني المقاس وجيت ببدل المقاس علما ان يوم الشرا كان الموافق 25 April و رحت استرجع يوم 26 April يقول لي الحذاء مستعمل وليس كما بعناه عشان علي غبار من جو الرياض نظفته بسيارتي ورجعته يشوفه نظيف لكن الشخص اللي يراسله من الجوال ما يشوفه نظيف!! ويوم دقيت عليه على اساس انه خدمة عملاء طلع ابعاد عملاء وجعله تجربتهم لا تعاد معاملتهم لك قبل الشرا يحطونك تاج على الراس بس تشتري وتبي خدمات ما بعد البيع .....
