★ ★ ★ ★ ★ اكبر غلط اني ماقريت التقييمات السابقة لان حسب التقييمات لهم ماضي حافل بتخريب جوالات العالم?
جايب له ايفون وكالة ماقد فك بس عشان يبدل بطارية، الي صار انه بدل البطارية وكسر الشاشة، هل تحمل تصليح الجهاز والاعتذار؟ ابدًا ابدًا كل الي قاله مانتحمل شيء واذا تبي ابدل لك الشاشة ادفع!
انتبهوا ترا كاتب بالفاتورة انهم مايتحملون اي خراب يجي من شغلهم (واضح انهم عارفين برداءة عملهم) لكن الفاتورة مايعطيك اياه الا بعد مايخلص من الصيانة يعني ماراح تعرف عن انه راح يجحدك لين يخرب لك الجوال?
انا ماكنت اطمع بتأسف منهم وخصم من قيمة الصيانة السابقة لانه يبي يشيل لي شاشة الوكالة الي خربها، بس كنت متوقع تبديل على حسابهم، لكن انصدمت من كمية البجاحة وقوة العين
و تعاملهم بعد المشكلة يوضح عدم الكفاءة لاني كلمت بعدين شخص غير الي قام بالصيانة وقال (ليش تقول انتم خربتوه؟ انا مالمسته الي صلحه زميلي) يعني حتى مب معتبر انهم كلهم كيان واحد وكل شخص يشتغل لحاله بجهة ?!
عمومًا الواحد يغلط وكانت بسيطة انه بس كسر شاشة جوال مطول معي مب جديد، لكن الي جواله جديد ابعد عنهم كل البعد وخلك عند الناس المعروفة الي ماراح تجحدك زي بكسل وغيرهم

I did not expect to regret them and deduct from the value of the previous maintenance because they wanted to remove the screen of the agency that they destroyed, but I was expecting a replacement at their expense, but I was shocked by the amount of brilliance and the strength of the eye
And their treatment after the problem shows the inefficiency because I then called someone other than the one who did the maintenance and he said (Why do you say you ruined it? I didn’t touch it that my colleague fixed it) I mean even I don’t consider that they are all one entity and everyone works for their own good on one side ?!
In general, one makes mistakes, and it was simple. I only broke the screen of a long phone with me, with a new one, but to a new phone, keep it away from them and stay with well-known people who will not deny you like pixels and others.
