★ ★ ★ ★ ★ فعلا شركة محترمة عن تجربتي معاهم كنت في المطار وراحت عليا الرحلة بالكامل وانا والاسرة كلها واقفين في المطار و تواصلت معاهم لايجاد اي حل و بالفعل قامو بتعديل الرحلة في اسرع وقت و بعدها بتعامل معاهم باستمرار في اي حجوزات جديدة او تعديل اي حجز
Really a respectable company about my experience with them. I was at the airport and the whole trip went to me and I and the whole family were standing at the airport and I contacted them to find any solution and in fact they modified the flight as soon as possible and then dealt with them constantly in any new reservations or modifying any reservation

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ منتهى سوء التعامل وقلة الأدب. بمجرد بداية المكالمة وسؤال الموظف المصري عن خدمات المكتب التي يقدمها لترتيب أمر الحجوزات والرحلات تفاجأت بأنه لا يملك لا الاسلوب ولا المعلومات للإجابة على استفسارات العملاء تلعثم في الاجابة ثم فجأة أغلق الهاتف بمنتهى عدم الاحترام ولا المهنية. عاودت الاتصال وبمجرد فتح الخط أغلق الخط مرة أخرى. عاودت الاتصال مره أخرى وطلبت التحدث للمسؤول عن المكتب وأيضاً تم اغلاق الخط. السؤال: هل هذا مكان يستحق أن يقدم خدماته في بلد مثل السعودية؟
Extreme mistreatment and impoliteness. As soon as the call started and the Egyptian employee asked about the office services he provides to arrange reservations and trips, I was surprised that he had neither the method nor the information to answer customer inquiries. He stumbled to answer and then suddenly hung up the phone with the utmost disrespect and professionalism. I called back and as soon as the line opened, the line closed again. I called again and asked to speak to the person in charge of the office, and the line was also hung. Question: Is this a place worth offering its services in a country like Saudi Arabia?
