★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Makkah branch food taste is a way different. Less delicious.
At beginning I thought its me alone think that but after I found out my friends and family telling me Makkah branch is Less tasty and delicious than jeddah.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst grilled meat experience ever. It's either too salty or plain. Small portion for a four person meal considering the price.
Territorial waiters service, if you intend to change tables midway we as customers have to look for a vacant one instead of them doing their supposed job due to each waiter having curtain table location and can't service us on the whole place unless the manager is helping you personally.
Rate 2/10 for the nice ambiance and decorations only, otherwise it's not worth it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service was OK upon my arrival at 4 pm there was no waiting. However, the food was average and I wasn't expected to be that's way I was hoping for better. Prices were higher than before. My orders were :
mixed Kabab 5/10 ,
Hummas 9/10,
meat Shawerma 1/10 and
Chicken Shawerma 6/10.

The sitting area are to tight.
Homus was not as usual flavour, added to much yogurt which eliminate the Homous flavour.
Chicken shawrma type used are frozen, not fresh and its taste is too sour (too much lime& vinegar).
Q. Did I will repeat the experience and re-visit the restaurant again??
A- definitely no, not deserve to visit.
