مكون من:
1. برج ضغط مياه.
2. مصاعد لأعلى البرج.
3. مطعم دائري ضخم على ارتفاع 100 متر. ويعتبر من اضخم مطاعم العالم اذ يبلغ قطره 30 متر يطل على كامل أنحاء المدينة المترامية الأطراف. ويرى من مسافة بعيدة خارج المدينة كما يرى بوضوح من أبها وأحد رفيدة.
