★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thay gave me my order missing two chicken strips, even when I asked the guy if everything is there. He replied, yes all is inside of the bag. After taking the order and arriving at my place I discovered that I am missing part of the order. This is not the first time that KFC is doing that. My advice, check your order before leaving and don't take anybody's word for it. Or better yet, avoid KFC until they raise their standards.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came in yesterday for a simple shrimp meal which the cashier didn't told me that it would take some time to prepare. Then waited for about 20 minutes until another employee told me that "the reason for the delay is that they ran out of shrimp and they sent someone to get more and it shouldn't take more than 5 minutes" and I then waited for 10 minutes and couldn't wait any longer and left.
THAT'S A TOTAL OF 30 MINUTES!!!
So yeah... I think it's pretty reasonable for me to give them 1/5 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best KFC's in Al Qassim which has maintained its quality throughout its course. All foods are freshly prepared and are indeed very ? Yummy. Although no seating or drive through available but makes up for it by maintaining its quality.
