★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst fast food restaurant in KSA. The mismanagement is embarrassing. I avoid this restaurant, like the plague, do to the disgusting, sloppy, oil soaked potatoes they call fries. However, today i had a new and interesting experience. I was heading to the Hardee's next door and parked in front of the KFC. I noticed through the door that they have spicy chicken wings on offer so thought I'd give them, and the restaurant, a try. When i tried to order them i was told that the 3 piece offer for SAR6 was only available if i ordered a meal. So i asked if there was a wings meal available, and was told there was. So i tried to order the wings, without the meal and was told i was not allowed. This is absolutely ridiculous, and my experience frustrated me to the point i decided to write this negative review. This is something i very rarely do as it goes against the philosophy i try and live my life by.
To the management,
I'd like to tell you that McDonald's, a much more consistent, busier, and better restaurant than you, had a wings special, and a wings meal that you could order a la cart. I tried their wings, and they are not supposed to be a chicken restaurant, and liked them. And, for the duration of the offer i would at least get a 3 piece along with every other meal i ordered from them. They earned a customer. They didn't lose one. You should learn from your betters. They have better, and more consistent, quality. They make the items the customer wants available to the customer. AND THEY ARE CHEAPER THAN YOU.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ KFC rabigh. i will not comeback again ✌️ the chicken was half cook and the Store Manager has a really bad attitude he is also yelling at his colleagues/staff in front of us. @KFCRABIGH please do something about this.

I just asking for a plate for my fries because in not good condition, but don't give me..i said i will pay for it but he don't let me. Look at chicken still uncook and the coleslaw are so dry..2 of their stuff are Rude (indian guy)
The reason that's why i like KFC is for the fries and the chilli powder, but this time i didn't enjoy it ????
