★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Check in took 45 minutes although I was the only customer in shop! Charge a big amount of money as insurance! Finally, the guy forget to return my ID & license I had to come one day after to collect them. They never bothered to call my to inform me about them .....
KEEP AWAY FROM THIS RENTAL CO.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever. They charged me for the 5000 SAR deposit instead of holding it on the Credit Card. I am still waiting for the refund. Its been 2 month now. Incompetent service team. Never again.
